Screening and skills check
Shortlisted applicants are contacted for an initial screening, including English communication and a task relevant skills check.
Interview with EVO
We get to know how you work, the tools you know, and the kind of client and schedule that would suit you.
Matched with a client
When a client role fits your profile, we prepare you for the client interview and support you through onboarding.

Before you apply
Do I need my own equipment?
Yes. You will need a reliable computer, a stable internet connection and a headset, plus a quiet place to work.
What hours will I work?
Schedules are set by the client you are matched with, so hours vary by role. Part time and full time positions are both available.
How is pay handled?
Rates depend on the role, your experience and the client. Pay arrangements are discussed during the interview stage.
Do I need previous VA experience?
Experience in your specialism helps. We also look at transferable skills, communication and attitude.
How long does the process take?
It depends on current client demand. Strong applicants are kept on file and contacted when a matching role opens.
